Ice Management Neave Landscaping was founded in
1973 by Bill Neave who started out with a pickup
truck and a few pieces of equipment. His
philosophy based on hard work, attention to
detail and customer service allowed him to build
one of the most successful snow and ice
management companies in the Hudson Valley.
Bill instilled his personal values of honesty,
integrity, being easy to do business with, and
delivering on customer promises in his son,
Scott. Today our business is under the direction
of President, Scott Neave with Bill Neave as
Quality control manager and Mark Ciccarelli as
General Manager. We have a staff of trained
professionals who manage a massive fleet of snow
removal equipment and service providers, some of
the most experienced and knowledgeable snow
fighters in the business.
 Honesty, integrity, being easy to do business
with, delivering what we promise, and having a
sense of urgency with matters related to the
customer; this is the backbone of our business
and what we truly believe in. Dedication to
quality, sound business ethics and a commitment
to customer satisfaction is what we strive for!

We are located off of Route 376 near the
